Common questions
Is there really no minimum contract?
Yes. You can use us for a single hour or a multi-month programme. You pay for the time used, and either side can stop at any point.
What happens in the free evaluation?
We spend up to three hours understanding your systems, processes and the issues you want solved, then give you an honest view of what would help and roughly what it would take. There is no obligation to go further.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Mostly remotely, which keeps costs down, with on-site days for workshops, go-lives and training where they add value.
Can you work alongside our software vendor?
Yes. We regularly work with vendor implementation teams, representing your interests, holding the plan together and filling the technical gaps that fall outside the vendor's scope.
How do you handle our employee data?
We work within your systems and security controls wherever possible, follow UK GDPR, are registered with the ICO and are Cyber Essentials certified across the whole organisation. Data processing terms can be put in place before any work starts.
